How long does it take for me to receive my order?
UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. For our custom and upcycled pieces, please allow 7-10 working days as each item is made specially for you. International shipping usually takes 7-14 working days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely happy, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made and upcycled pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. All returns must include original tags and packaging.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@lippyuk.com with your order number. We can update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to redirect it, but we'll do our best to help find a solution.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of ordering, please get in touch.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Don't worry! Contact us straight away at hello@lippyuk.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll update it immediately. If it's already on its way, we'll liaise with our courier to see if redirection is possible, though additional charges may apply.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. UK shipping is free on orders over £50. For EU countries, shipping starts at £12, and for the rest of the world, it starts at £15. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Will my items come in one package?
Most orders are sent in one package to minimise our environmental impact. However, if you've ordered a mix of ready-to-ship items and custom/upcycled pieces, they may arrive separately as custom items take longer to prepare. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
