Custom/Upcycled Items: Please allow 7-10 working days for production before shipping.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible for Return:

• Unworn items in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be in resellable condition
• Original packaging must be included

Not Eligible for Return:

• Custom-made items (unless faulty)
• Upcycled pieces (unless faulty)
• Sale items (exchange or store credit only)
• Items marked as final sale

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
